About

Dr. Pedram Sinai, MD

Pedram Sinai, MD is a dual board-certified Internal Medicine and Sports Medicine physician. Having grown up in Los Angeles but trained primarily on the East Coast, he's happy to be back home serving his community. He has cared for active patients of all backgrounds — from weekend warriors all the way to professional athletes — and is excited to bring his expertise to the San Fernando Valley and Greater Los Angeles.

One of his many interests is the use of Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), which harnesses the body's remarkable capacity to heal itself. With natural options like this, the risk of side effects is very rare — tremendous upside with little to no downside. PRP can treat osteoarthritis (the leading cause of joint pain worldwide), chronic tendon problems (tendinosis), acute muscle injuries, and more.

Dr. Sinai is a compassionate physician who takes the time to explain the pathology and your treatment options. He's open and transparent about the benefits and limitations of every approach — and if a treatment isn't right for you, he'll tell you straight. New patients are welcome, in person at the Encino office or by telehealth.
